Who needs a bailout?

Is this Hyundai ad a jab at the Big 3 Detroit automakers who went to Washington with hat in hand?

Don't think that was their intent, but the timing makes it funny.

    My question is, why should anyone care about this? Does their target really care about these numbers?

    What difference does it make if the car can go 0-60 a fraction of a second quicker? Are they planning a bank heist?
