I’m making a trip to Atlantic City over the break, so I just checked out Harrah's NYtoAC.com landing page for a little inspiration. I wanted to post this campaign before leaving for my bachelor party in Vegas, but didn't get enough decent pictures of it.

Since I was too busy for this blog during most of December, I'm going to use the holiday break to unload some excess inventory. So from now until the New Year, I'm going to post all the random ads and stuff I never got around to during the past year. Like this ad for the Knight Capital Group: What does that image mean? I have no idea, but at least it won’t be clogging up my hard drive in 2009.
HBO is using a snowman made of televisions to promote DVDs of their shows as holiday gifts. This storefront window display is located next to Grand Central Station. "For happier holidays, give HBO" The changing DVD cover in his hand is a nice touch. I also saw it projected at 23rd St and 6th Ave. AdLand has the TV spot here for their super adgrunt members.

Maker's Mark has blanketed the subway under Grand Central with ads. Sure, they put this ad over a set of stairs. But does anyone believe that's what's they were thinking when they presented "Great going down" to the client? Anyway, here's the rest of the campaign:
