Does design matter on Super Tuesday?

Yesterday, I saw a printout of Shepard Fairey’s Obama poster stuck over a Career Builder ad in Grand Central.

(Sorry, blurry pics were all I could grab during the hustle bustle of the morning commute.)
This morning, someone had replaced it with a Hillary sticker.
