How will climate change affect the Manhattan real estate market?

Our interns are wearing life jackets around NYC to warn people that global warming means global flooding.

They already got their picture in the Metro (one of the free daily newspapers) yesterday.

It’s all an effort to encourage President Obama to attend and support the U.N. Copenhagen Climate Control Summit.

    Wow, I would be so greatly annoyed if I saw these people preaching to me on the subway - just like I am annoyed by the Green Peace people that stop me on the streets of Boston - or those "The Truth" commercials that tell me how bad smoking is for me.

    I don't know why, but these get on my nerves.
