Wanna get rocky mountain high?

Madison Square Park was taken over by Colorado today for a tourism promotion.




They also have a “Brand Gallery” on 42nd (whatever that is.)

    Did the blue plastic sheeting held down by rocks have water in it?

    Whether it did or it didn't, it still looks pretty crappy.
